Returns and Refunds Policy

Goods once sold are non-returnable, unless not used and then a restocking fee of 50% of item value to be retained.

Delivery charges to apply for item collection to be returned.

Damages

Please confirm all orders are complete and in good condition on receipt of your package. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform the delivery agent before they leave. Full Refund/Credit Note Available If:  

The purchase was paid for during the ordering process and;  

• You received a defective item; 
• The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit; 
• The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date. 

You will not be able to receive a refund/Credit Note if: 

• You simply change your mind 
• You bought an item by mistake
