The Barksdale Bluetooth Thermometer (also known as the Meater Plus) is a wireless smart meat thermometer featuring dual sensors that monitor internal meat temperature (up to 212°F) and ambient temperature (up to 527°F). Its guided cook system provides step-by-step cooking instructions, and an advanced algorithm estimates cooking and resting times. It connects via Bluetooth with a 165-foot wireless range, boasts an IP67 waterproof rating, and delivers temperature readings with ±1°C/±1°F accuracy.
